Hello everyone! I haven't been posting in this for about a lifetime now! I decided that I wanted to document my fitness journey. I have tried many times before to start exercising more and getting more fit. This time around it feels different, and it feels different because I am finally doing for me, and what I think. This is going to be a long and hard journey for me, and I am excited to look back on these moments as someone who is faster, stronger, and more mentally prepared for life.
